Ezri Appel is a filmmaker and photographer from New York. They direct and produce experimental and documentary films that intertwine surreal, dream-like visuals with genuine emotional connections.

They have screened their work at NewFest Film Festival, GRRL HAUS Cinema Film Festival, the Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center at Lincoln Center, The Greenwich Village Film Festival, and aGLIFF Film Festival and holds a BFA from SUNY Purchase Film Conservatory where they earned the Howard Enders Award for best screenplay and the Sol Turrell Award for best overall film work.
